Lynette (Thompson, previously Hasler, nee Penney) is the oldest child and is currently living in Luxor, about 1000 km south of Cairo in Egypt. She has two children, Gary Hasler who lives in Perth, Australia and Sue Hasler who lives with Lynette in Luxor. Sue has a partner Ivan.

Lynette (Lynn to everyone except me, who has always called her Nett) is currently (October 2007) back in Blenheim for a period, so we took the opportunity to retrieve some early photographs of all the families.
